Festival akčního umění je pokračováním Festivalu Performance, který je již podruhé organizován ve spolupráci GVUN a GFB. Téma festivalu je maximálně otevřené ve vztahu k ideovým základům práce autorů ve vztahu k současnému společenskému dění.
Ideje určují podobu/tvar současné společnosti, její směřování a výklad její minulosti. Bez nich bychom levitovali v prostoru bez ukotvení a bez struktury, která drží společnost pohromadě. Pomocí idejí si společnost vytváří hierarchii, která je více nebo méně spravedlivá a nespravedlivá.
Současnost je kotlem starých a nových idejí, které mezi sebou intenzivně soupeří, v tomto novém prostředí hledáme nové ukotvení, dílčí jistoty, bezpečí a budoucnost.
The festival of action art is a continuation of the Performance Festival, which is being organized for the second time in collaboration between GVUN and GFB. The theme of the festival is highly open to ideation focusing on the conceptual foundations of artistic works connected to current social events. Ideas shape the form of contemporary society, its direction, and its interpretation of the past. Without them, we would be floating in space without direction, without any firm anchor, and without the very structure that binds society together. It‘s through the formation of ideas that society creates hierarchies with varying balances of justice and injustice.
The present is a melting pot of old and new ideas engaged in intense competion for survival with each other. In this environment, we seek new anchors, partial certainties, safety, and a compelling vision for the future.
